To ensure your products are authentic, please purchase them from our website www.scienceandtradition.com only. We have been made aware that there are fake products resembling ours in the market, please do not purchase this as we are unaware of the quality, type of ingredients and make of said products. Science and Tradition will not take responsibility for any damages caused.

We are based in Dubai and UK.

We don’t take shortcuts. All our products are proudly made in the UK within the European Union Standards, often known as the “Global Gold Standard” for formula development. The EU law is stricter than laws of most countries, banning 1328 chemicals from cosmetics that are known or suspected to cause cancer, genetic mutation, reproductive harm, or birth defects.

Each product is uniquely and precisely formulated by top chemists and takes around 2-3 years to be brought to life.

Our products also go through multiple tests to ensure overall efficacy, stability, and compatibility of formulations. These are tested rigorously for 3-7 months in temperatures as high as 50 degree Celsius so as to ensure stability in hot countries.

Our products are purposefully formulated with the highest-quality ingredients found in nature and science. We only use ingredients that either directly benefit the skin or support the integrity of our formulations.

We create formulations that our skin recognizes by focusing on healthy pH levels and small molecules that penetrate into the skin more rapidly. This is why we choose to avoid ingredients that do not provide any benefit to the skin like SLS, dyes, fragrance, silicones, parabens, phthalates, and drying alcohols. We believe these do not provide any added benefit and of course, also listen to customer preference.

Unfortunately, due to matters of hygiene and public safety and the nature of this business, we cannot allow any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email us at customer@scienceandtradition.com with your order number and a picture of the items within 48 hours of receiving it. Please note that all products should be in its original packaging, unused, and sealed.

If your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup time with your confirmation. During this time, we will pick up the damaged/wrong order in its original packaging, unused, and sealed, and replace it with new products/your original order at the same time. We will cover all shipping and replacement expenses.

If you paid for an order but had a change of mind and would like to cancel the order, we will refund you in the form of store credit as the order is immediately processed by our logistics partners. The same applies if you refuse to accept your order upon delivery.

Before delivering your order, you will be contacted by our courier service team to confirm your location and inform you of an estimated time of delivery. If you were unable to accept the order at the confirmed time, we will attempt delivery two more times at a more convenient time, free of charge. If you were unable to accept the order all three times, we will cancel your order and issue store credit to your account excluding a return fee of AED20 (AED35 for remote areas) charged by our courier service. You are free to redeem the credit any time you wish to.

Please allow 1-3 business days for all UAE orders, and 2-5 business days for GCC/MENA orders.

For UK and US orders, please allow 2-5 business days.

For all UAE orders, the shipping rate is AED20 for orders below AED200. For orders above AED200, it is free express shipping.

For orders to remote areas in the UAE, the shipping rate is AED35 for orders below AED200. For orders above AED200, it is AED10.
